Lucid Recess Studio is a Recording Studio in Guwahati dedicated towards the Rock and Metal artists . From Rock to Alternative to Metal To Death Metal…. Lucid Recess Studio have recorded ‘em all. Over 45 Artists from North Eastern India and neighboring states have recorded in Lucid Recess Studio since April 2008.

At a time when bands get selected for major festivals, competitions, compilations etc on the basis of their demos… a good quality demo/album has become very important for a band wanting to get ahead and get noticed. We at Lucid Recess Studio, aim at giving the bands a good quality recording at a reasonable price.
Lucid Recess Studios is owned and operated by the brothers Siddharth and Amitabh of the band Lucid Recess and as such, is equipped with some high quality musical instruments and effects. Bands recording at the Studio can use these equipments at no extra charge.

Bands recorded at Lucid Recess Studios have been selected at some of the major festivals and competitions such as:
Great Indian Rock, RSJ PubRockFest, Unseen Underground Shows, Converse Most Original Band Compilation, Hornbill Music Competition, Wacken Metal Battle etc.

As of August 2010, Lucid Recess Studio now records Live Drums using Roland V-Drums.
